Therefore rigid tape is best used for ankle sprains, knee ligament injuries like acute ACL, MCL tears. Rigid tape is also used for shoulder instability to play impact sport.
If you have sensitive skin use Fixumol (white breathable tape) as a base, before you apply rigid tape.
