Description
Posture Medic is specifically designed to help you overcome your poor postural habits and retrain your body to stand up straight with the easy Stretch – Strengthen – Stabilize program.
It is made of an elastic tubing, with soft rubber straps to stop irritation from the front of your shoulder.
The posture medic is designed to reduce forward rounding of the shoulders or “kyphosis”.
It can be worn for a few hours at a time to encourage you to sit tall and reduce slouching. This can be effective in the treatment of neck and back pain, even headaches. If you sit for long periods of time and find it difficult to maintain a good posture, the posture medic can be a great trainer of good posture.
When you are not wearing the brace, it can be used for strengthening and stretching exercises, all found in the handout that comes with the brace.

The posture medic comes in different sizes XS, Small, Medium, Large, XL, depending on your height and weight.
